devendrasaini.com is operated by Devendra Saini, an independent SEO consultant based in Udaipur and Bengaluru, India, serving clients in India, the UK, the US, Australia and UAE. References to "we", "us" or "the site" in this policy mean Devendra Saini and any technical infrastructure operated for the site.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you confirm you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

We collect two categories of information.

Information you give us

• Your name, work email, company name, website URL and country, when you fill in the contact form or email us directly.

• Phone number, when you choose to share it (for example via the WhatsApp link).

• Any message content, project details, budget bands or service requirements you choose to include.

• During a paid engagement: access credentials you grant us (Google Search Console, Analytics, Storyblok, Ahrefs, etc.) and any documents you share. These are held only for the duration of the work and treated as strictly confidential.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, pages requested, timestamps. Used for security and performance monitoring; retained no longer than 90 days.

• Analytics events: page views, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, file downloads. Collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.

• No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking beacons, no ad personalisation cookies.

Personal information is used only for the purposes you provided it for. Specifically:

• Responding to consulting enquiries and discussing scope, timelines and pricing.

• Delivering paid SEO, GEO and AEO consulting work to existing clients.

• Sending you a one-off proposal, audit summary or follow-up note related to an enquiry you initiated.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share enquiry data with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to any newsletter or recurring email without your explicit opt-in.

• YouTube (Google LLC): embedded video player on testimonial and podcast pages, served via youtube-nocookie.com for no-cookie playback until you press play.

• GitHub (United States): version control for the website code only; no personal data.

We do not transfer your information to any third party outside this list without your explicit consent.

• Enquiry form submissions and email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then permanently deleted unless they relate to an active engagement.

• Client work files and access credentials: deleted within 30 days of engagement end unless required by the engagement contract or applicable tax law.

• Server access logs: 90 days maximum.

• Analytics aggregates: 26 months in Google Analytics 4.

Whether you are in India, the EU, the UK, the US, Australia or UAE, you have meaningful rights over your personal data. We honour all of these regardless of your location.

The site is built for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the site, email devendra@serpmonks.com and we will delete it.

The site runs on HTTPS with HSTS preload. A strict Content Security Policy is enforced at the edge. The CMS uses single-session authentication with rotation. Daily content backups are taken to a separate Git branch and an off-site location, encrypted at rest. We have no record of a data breach to date and will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of any incident involving personal data.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last reviewed" date at the top and, for changes that affect rights or data uses, communicated by email to anyone in our active enquiry or client list at the time of the change.
